The world increase in population growth has resulted in a demand for greater farming and manufacturing, there has been more greenhouse gas emissions, unsustainable energy use, and deforestation.

Can we meet our own needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Reduction in travel of people and goods, such as local buying.

A garden that gives back rather than takes from its surroundings is a sustainable garden. Plant it up with nectar rich native plants, other eco friendly garden ideas to encourage it to be more self-sustaining, requiring little energy or water. It will help it to grow healthily, and definitely avoid chemicals or additional peat.
